  1. Fill out the Vendor Application.

  2. If you receive a message from cp@dcblues.org, pay online or send a check made out to the DC Blues Society.

  3. Please write to cp@dcblues.org after you have paid.

  4. Your booth is NOT confirmed until you have paid AND received a booth confirmation email from cp@dcblues.org.
